We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Manager to support the daily flow of goods across its distribution operations. This role is essential to ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and accountability across all inbound and outbound logistics. The ideal candidate operates with precision, takes ownership of process, and understands that strong operations are built through consistency and attention to detail.
The RoleThe Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Manager will oversee all incoming and outgoing shipments, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure warehouse processes are executed seamlessly.
Job Responsibilities- Manage all inbound receiving, including verification, inspection, and system entry of goods
- Coordinate and execute outbound shipping, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper documentation
- Prepare shipping labels, packing slips, and tracking (UPS, Fed Ex, DHL, USPS)
- Maintain real-time inventory accuracy across systems and physical stock
- Conduct cycle counts and support inventory audits
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in shipments or inventory
- Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards are upheld
- Partner with operations, production, and leadership to align on priorities and timelines
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and process accuracy
- 2–5+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse coordination, or logistics
- Experience with in apparel, sportswear, or consumer goods strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Shopify, Chipply, Printavo, Shipstation and
- Familiarity with inventory systems (WMS, ERP, or similar)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Reliable, proactive, and solutions-oriented
- Ability to lift up to 50+lbs.
- Ability to work 8am-5pm EST with flexibility needed during peak seasons (i.e. Holidays)
- Ownership over both shipping and receiving functions
