What we're looking for:
- Someone who has a genuine passion for working with young children.
- A caring, motivated, and reliable individual who is committed to supporting children's development.
- Experience or understanding of multi‑agency working to support families holistically.
- Will hold a relevant Level 3 childcare qualification ideally be working towards a level 4 leadership and management qualification as set out in the Social Care Wales qualification Framework for Flying Start. (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below).-framework

The position is based in our Sarn setting and the hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8-3:30pm, during term time only.
