Nursery Practitioner - Level 3

Banana Moon Day Nurseries is seeking passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to join our vibrant team. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for the children in our care.

Key responsibilities include:

• Planning and delivering engaging educational activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Caring for and supervising children at all times to ensure their safety and well-being.
• Working closely with parents to provide updates on their child’s progress and development.
• Creating a warm and inviting atmosphere where children can thrive and flourish.
• Collaborating with colleagues to share ideas and best practices.
• Maintaining and organizing the learning environment and resources.
• Participating in training and professional development opportunities.

Available full-time and part-time schedules:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekend availability

Requirements:

• A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
• Experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with children and parents.
• Passion for early childhood education and dedication to providing high-quality care.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as required.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
