We are currently looking to recruit a passionate and talented Head Waiter / Head Waitress for a uniquely stunning 5‑star hotel in Pembrokeshire. As Head Waiter/Waitress you will oversee two outlets which includes a 4AA Rosette restaurant.

• Michelin star and 4 AA Rosette and above experience.
