Mc Arthur Glen Group in Bridgend is seeking a Guest Experience Advisor to join our in-person Guest Experience team for a 3-month fixed-term contract running October to December 2026. The role is 15 hours per week with weekend work required and a rota covering centre hours.
You will actively greet guests, address inquiries, promote services, and handle feedback across face-to-face, email and social channels while upholding our brand standards and delivering moments of joy for visitors.
