Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain reagent and stock levels and carry out general laboratory upkeep, cleaning and environmental monitoring.
  • Undertake the examination of exhibits relating to suspected drugs following an agreed strategy set by a Forensic Scientist.
  • Provide simple forensic reports based on testing to assist the courts.
Skills and Experience
  • Background in chemistry and previous laboratory experience.
  • Preferably transferable working forensic skills and understanding.
Working Hours

Work is Monday to Friday 8-4, with a degree of flexibility required for additional hours.
