Position: Vehicle Technician
Location: Bridgend
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30am to 5:00pm) and Saturday mornings on a rota basis
Salary: £27,000 to £38,000 OTE (On-Target Earnings)
Key Responsibilities- Repair, service, and maintain various vehicles
- Diagnose faults and make improvements
- Work to MOT and manufacturer standards
- Ensure customer satisfaction and safety
- Mentor and coach apprentices
- 30 days annual leave (including bank holidays) with increases for longer service
