Position: Irrigation Specialist
Location: Bridgend
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 during probation then £38,000
Hours: 40 hours per week + Overtime available

Please note - A full Clean UK Driving Licence is required for you to be considered for this position.

Chappell Enterprises UK is recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading provider of turf irrigation solutions. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a dedicated and proactive Turf Irrigation Specialist to join their team.

Our client is a well‑established company specialising in the installation and maintenance of large turf irrigation systems. Their projects span across sports clubs, professional and grassroots sports pitches, and school fields, ensuring high‑quality irrigation solutions that meet the specific needs of each site.

As a Turf Irrigation Specialist, you will be responsible for the installation and servicing of large turf irrigation systems. You will work on a variety of projects, including sports clubs, professional and grassroots sports pitches, and school fields. This role requires a hands‑on approach and a commitment to delivering high‑quality results.

• Install and service large turf irrigation systems
• Ensure all projects are completed to the highest standards
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during installation or servicing
• Maintain accurate records of work completed
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Essential:

• Proven experience in turf irrigation installation and servicing
• Full Clean UK Driving Licence
• CSCS & SSSTS Card
• Strong problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable:

• Experience with sports club and school pitch projects
• Knowledge of the latest irrigation technologies
• Strong communication skills
