The Best Connection is currently recruiting for experienced Cabin Fitters to join a well-established and growing manufacturing team based in Bridgend
. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with the potential for a permanent position following a successful trial period.

Pay Rate: £12.78 p/h
Hours: Monday to Friday, Day Shifts

As a Cabin Fitter, you will be responsible for fitting out modular buildings and portable cabins to a high standard. Working as part of a skilled team, your duties will include:

• Internal fitting of modular cabins
• Installing partition walls, doors, windows and flooring
• Basic carpentry and joinery work
• Using hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Reading and working from technical drawings where required
• Ensuring all work meets quality and health & safety standards

• Previous experience in cabin fitting, shopfitting, carpentry, joinery or modular construction
• Competent using hand and power tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good attention to detail and a positive work ethic
• Reliable with excellent timekeeping

• Ongoing, full-time work
