ResponsibilitiesResponsible for providing and maintaining effective material orders, customer service, inventory management, and various customer material movement requests, as well as assembly and installation of servers and electronic components.
- Oversee loading and unloading of inbound and outbound freight to and from vehicles and containers, including management of shipping documents and records.
- Perform quality checks on inbound and outbound freight, ensuring accurate part numbers, quantities, and pristine condition of material.
- Execute daily inventory cycle counts and place replenishment orders for critical spare parts on site at the datacenter.
- Process return shipments of various electronic components utilizing multiple warehouse management systems.
- Oversee and perform placement of server racks on the datacenter floor using laser measuring devices with 100% accuracy.
- Install electronic components and cabling into server racks following provided diagrams and schematics.
- Install rack hardware using hand, power, and measuring tools.
- Operate material handling equipment such as straddle stackers, rack movers, and electric pallet jacks.
- Perform and oversee cleanup activities in the work area to ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to 5S standards.
- Push, pull and lift frequently throughout the workday.

- Flexibility and cross‑training in multiple departments within the datacenter.
- Effective delegation and coaching skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer‑service skills are required. The role requires regular interaction with customers and stakeholders on site. Critical thinking, strong analytical skills, and confidence in decision making based on data are essential. Experience with computers is required. Knowledge of electrical safety and static discharge protocols is required due to work with live electrical equipment. 3‑5 years of related experience is required.
Compensation& Benefits
Expected base pay: $24.50 per hour (actual compensation will be determined by job‑related factors such as experience, skills, location, and applicable law).
