Pay Range: $75,000–$80,000 Per Year

• Oversee financial reporting, analysis, reconciliations, and regulatory compliance in a nonprofit setting.
• Work in Bridgeport, CT, full‑time, applying experience in financial systems and accounting standards.
• Maintain a Monday‑to‑Friday schedule with no weekend work.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of progressive accounting experience, preferably in nonprofit healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and nonprofit accounting principles.
• Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, grants, and reimbursement processes.
• Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet software and financial systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

• Experience in behavioral health or nonprofit healthcare organizations preferred.
• CPA preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with electronic health record and billing systems.
• Experience supporting audits and compliance reviews.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
