Senior Analyst, Accounting – Pharmacy Services

Responsibilities

• Execute month‑end close activities, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Conduct research on expense account balances within the general ledger, particularly in the Selling, General, and Administrative (SG&A) area, to analyze payments and determine the necessity of accruals.
• Support quarter‑end close activities, including reporting and serving as a liaison for audit requests.
• Coordinate with manager to implement opportunities to improve accuracy, strengthen controls, and increase efficiency by enhancing manual processes.
• Partner cross‑functionally with Finance and Reporting teams to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency in financial reporting.
• Support system enhancements and finance transformation initiatives, as applicable.

• 2–4 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or financial analysis.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel with intermediate to advanced skills.
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and month‑end close.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Prior experience supporting balance sheet accounts and/or reporting.
• Experience with large financial systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Excel4
  
  Apps).
