The RoleWe’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our CEO and team and help keep our office running smoothly. This role is a key part of our organization’s day-to-day operations, supporting leadership, staff, board activities, campaigns, and donor engagement.
What You’ll Do- Provide administrative support to the CEO and team
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare agendas
- Welcome visitors and coordinate mail and office communications
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendors
- Support Board and committee meetings (agendas, packets, logistics, minutes as needed)
- Enter and maintain data in Salsa CRM
- Prepare donor acknowledgment letters and tax receipts
- Support annual campaign mailings, materials, and events
- Assist with basic accounting and operations tasks, including support for Quick Books/Salsa reconciliations
- Help keep technology, email lists, and office systems up to date
- 3–4 years of administrative or office operations experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Comfort with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint and general office technology
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and stay calm under pressure
A collaborative, service-oriented mindset and comfort working with volunteers and community members - Nonprofit experience is a plus, but not required
- Part-time, non-exempt (30 hours/week, Monday–Friday)
- On-site position
- Flexible six-hour workday between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.
- Hourly pay range: $18–$20/hour, based on experience
Reports primarily to the Finance & Operations Manager, with secondary reporting to the CEO.
