The Role

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our CEO and team and help keep our office running smoothly. This role is a key part of our organization’s day-to-day operations, supporting leadership, staff, board activities, campaigns, and donor engagement.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO and team
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare agendas
  • Welcome visitors and coordinate mail and office communications
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendors
  • Support Board and committee meetings (agendas, packets, logistics, minutes as needed)
  • Enter and maintain data in Salsa CRM
  • Prepare donor acknowledgment letters and tax receipts
  • Support annual campaign mailings, materials, and events
  • Assist with basic accounting and operations tasks, including support for Quick Books/Salsa reconciliations
  • Help keep technology, email lists, and office systems up to date
What We’re Looking For
  • 3–4 years of administrative or office operations experience
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
  • Comfort with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint and general office technology
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and stay calm under pressure

    A collaborative, service-oriented mindset and comfort working with volunteers and community members
  • Nonprofit experience is a plus, but not required
Details
  • Part-time, non-exempt (30 hours/week, Monday–Friday)
  • On-site position
  • Flexible six-hour workday between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.
  • Hourly pay range: $18–$20/hour, based on experience
Reporting Structure

Reports primarily to the Finance & Operations Manager, with secondary reporting to the CEO.
