The

Work
  • Reports to Sikorsky Operations (Avionics, Aerostructures, & Material Logistics) and supports 3 Directors, several Senior Managers, and staff.
  • Prioritizes workload, schedules, travel and maintains confidentiality of proprietary data.
  • Manages a large number of telephone calls and meeting requests for 3 Directors; refers calls and manages calendars as appropriate.
  • Engages courteously with visitors, callers, customers and company personnel.
  • Handles high volume of travel plans and generates / processes large number of domestic and international expense reports for multiple leaders.
  • Assists and coordinates managing multiple conference rooms to accommodate high level meetings across Customer Programs.
  • Assists with on-site visit requests, escorting, facilitating events, and ordering office supplies.
  • Fills in for other administrative assistants as needed.
  • Coordinates dynamic daily schedules, maintains calendars, prepares documents, files, monitors project status, orders supplies, handles audio/video requests, hospitality and visit requests, visitor management system input, daily business reporting, and department training status.
  • Prepares briefing materials, including Power Point presentations.
  • Sets up and supports a variety of internal and external meetings.
  • Manages an email account ensuring follow-through and timely response to time-sensitive information.
  • Will occasionally adjust work schedule to accommodate early and/or late needs.

Who You Are
  • Highly skilled and detail-oriented professional with experience in data management and analysis, particularly in an inventory management or logistics context.
  • Strong foundation in IT, with experience working with tools such as SAP, Microsoft Access, SQL Server, Tableau, Box, Slack, Share Point, and Business Intelligence tools.
  • Experience with Lean tools and methodologies, capable of updating and developing process flow documentation and eliminating non-value-added activities.
  • Familiarity with applicable laws, regulations, and governmental procedures relative to purchasing and financial reporting activities.
Basic Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel.
  • Experience managing calendars & schedules.
  • Experience handling a high volume of scheduling travel and reconciling expense reports.
Desired Skills
  • Proficiency with Lockheed-Martin systems such as CONCUR, PCARD, Meeting card for Lockheed Martin Travel.
  • Proactive planning and prioritization of administrative requirements to anticipate needs.
  • Ability to schedule and reconcile international travel plans.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a team player attitude.

Work Schedules
  • Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five–day work week to condensed schedules that provide additional time away from the office, in addition to Paid Time Off benefits.
  • Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
Ability to Work Remotely

Part‑time Remote Telework:
The employee will work part of the schedule remotely and part at a designated Lockheed Martin facility; specific weekly schedule to be discussed during hiring.
