32.5 HOURS PER WEEK

• Assists in general office duties
• Customer service
• Telephone answering
• Maintenance of records/reports
• Processing/preparing reports, forms and other documents
• Filing
• Record Keeping

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of general office procedures
• Knowledge of standard office equipment and computers
• Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
• Bilingual preferred
• Ability to work independently

* This position isin accordance with the Agreement between the City of Bridgeport and American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) Local 1522.

The salary range is for List A, entry level position and to commensurate with experience and qualifications.
