Inventory Specialist

Job Overview

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct the search for an Inventory Specialist on behalf of our client, a well-established pavement marking and safety services provider.

This is an on-site, contract-to-hire opportunity in Bridgeport, CT.

• Perform cycle counts and physical inventory verifications
• Update inventory records and reconcile discrepancies
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to inventory activities
• Assist with inventory audits and reporting
• Support the inventory team with data entry, filing, and administrative tasks
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure inventory accuracy and process efficiency

• Prior experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or administrative support
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow processes and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working in a warehouse or production environment
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other inventory tracking software is a plus

This position offers an hourly rate of $25-$27/hr.
