A&B Homecare Solutions, a Modivcare Personal Care Service, is looking for an
Administrative Associate
.You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients by ensuring their care needs are met effectively and efficiently.
- Pay:$19.00-$21.00/Hourly based on experience
- Schedule:M-F 8:00AM-5:00PM

- Provide administrative support to the management team, caregivers, and other staff members as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Support the team with the distribution of memos and correspondence.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including high volume of phone calls, emails, and mail.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure timesheets are filled out correctly, time stamping as received, submitting them to the assigned case coordinator.
- File timesheets.
- Mail blank timesheets to caregivers as needed.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Assist with orientation packages.
- Mail supplies (gloves, masks, etc.) to branches and/or caregivers as needed.
- Print and file all documents/reports received by email.
- Greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, caregivers, and internal stakeholders.
- Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a healthcare or related setting.
- Fluent English & Spanish speaking preferred
