Job Description

• Manage on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth project operations.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high construction standards.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction projects.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with the project management team to develop and implement construction schedules.

A successful Superintendent - Residential Construction should have:
