Due to continued growth and a strong backlog of work, they are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join their team.
Description As the Superintendent, you will be responsible for the following:
Manage all day-to-day field operations on assigned projects Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel Develop and maintain project schedules in collaboration with project management teams Ensure all work is performed in accordance with project plans and specifications Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards Enforce company safety policies and OSHA requirements Identify and resolve field issues proactively Lead subcontractor meetings and coordinate project logistics Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders Support project closeout activities and punch list completion MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.

Profile A successful Superintendent should have: 5+ years of Superintendent experience on ground-up construction projects Experience managing projects from sitework through turnover Strong understanding of construction means and methods Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills OSHA certification preferred
Experience with multifamily, commercial, mixed-use, or institutional projects is a plus Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from $105,000 to $135,000 USD annually.
