What You'll Do:
  • Welcome residents, guests, and prospective residents with a warm, professional first impression.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk, providing exceptional customer service and assistance.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and resident inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate package acceptance, notifications, and distribution.
  • Assist residents with service requests, reservations, and general community information.
  • Monitor building access and visitor activity while helping maintain a safe and secure environment.
  • Coordinate with leasing, maintenance, and property management teams to ensure resident needs are addressed promptly.
  • Maintain the appearance and organization of the lobby, amenity spaces, and front desk area.
  • Assist with resident events, community activities, and hospitality initiatives.
  • Support administrative tasks, documentation, and other duties that contribute to smooth daily operations.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
  • You genuinely enjoy helping people and creating memorable customer experiences.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, luxury residential, hotels, retail, or customer service is preferred.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • You're organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities with professionalism.
  • You remain calm and positive while handling unexpected situations.
  • You're comfortable learning property management software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • You present yourself professionally and take pride in representing a luxury community.
  • You enjoy working as part of a collaborative team while confidently handling responsibilities independently.
