Position Overview:
- Lead the full lifecycle of comprehensive Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), ensuring documents and goals are tailored to maximize student potential and success.
- Deliver engaging and differentiated direct instruction utilizing diverse, evidence-based teaching techniques to advance both academic and developmental milestones.
- Implement data-driven assessment cycles to consistently monitor and document student progress, proactively adjusting curriculum and instructional strategies to ensure continuous growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
- Connecticut Certification in Special Education (Preferred)
- Candidates currently In the Process of obtaining the Special Education Certification are encouraged to apply
- 3 years of preferred experience as a Special Education Teacher
