All Saints School, a diocesan school in the Diocese of Bridgeport, Connecticut seeks an accomplished, faith-filled educator to serve as Principal, a senior leadership role within a Catholic school governed by a Head of School model. In this model, the Head of School reports directly to the Superintendent of Schools. The Principal reports directly to the Head of School, serves as a member of the school's Executive Administration, and works in close partnership with parents, faculty, and diocesan staff to ensure a cohesive, mission-aligned educational experience across all divisions.

Rooted in the mission of the Catholic Church, the Principal plays a vital role in advancing academic excellence, spiritual formation, and the holistic development of students from Early Childhood through Grade 8.
