Park City Prep is an urban, public charter school, located in Bridgeport, Connecticut, serving 435 students in grades 4 through 8.
The school is seeking to add to its current administrative team the position of a Principal, who would work in coordination with the founding Executive Director and the Assistant Director.
Qualified candidates should have…
* An 092 administrative certificate or be in the process of acquiring that certification.
* experience working with a diverse, urban population of students.
* successful middle/upper elementary level teaching experience
* knowledge of curriculum and the CT Common Core Standards
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
Park City Prep's model has been very successful. The ideal candidate is someone who will uphold its mission, ensure that the curriculum is followed and maintain its wholesome culture.
The position would be effective July 1, 2026 but could start in this current school year.
