- Curriculum Development and Implementation: implement a dynamic, child-centered curriculum that fosters the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children aged 3-6, aligned with the school's philosophy.
- Classroom Management:
Create a nurturing and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and a love of learning, while maintaining safety and - Parent Communication and Engagement:
Build strong, positive relationships with parents, maintaining open and regular communication about their child’s progress, and involving them in the school community. - Assessment and Documentation:
Observe and assess each child’s developmental progress, maintaining thorough records and sharing insights with parents and the school administration to support each child’s growth and learning journey.

Head Teacher - Location:
Black Rock (Full-Time, Starting Fall) - Ages: 3-6 years
- Must hold a Head Teacher certificate from the Office of Early Childhood.
- Strong understanding of child development, particularly in the early years.
- A love for teaching and a deep commitment to making a difference in children’s lives.
- Exceptional energy and enthusiasm, with a vibrant approach to learning and play
- Experience with Montessori or Reggio Emilia Approaches:
Familiarity with alternative educational philosophies that emphasize child-led learning and a holistic approach to early childhood education. - Bilingual
Skills:
Ability to communicate in a second language, enhancing the cultural diversity and inclusivity of the classroom. - Creative Arts Background: A background in music, art, or drama that can be integrated into the curriculum to enrich the children’s creative expression and development.
