• Deliver individualized instruction and enrichment opportunities to challenge gifted students and support struggling students.
• Collaborate with peers and leaders to grow quality teachers and employ instructional strategies that inspire student achievement.

• Help students recognize their full potential in all areas of development.
• Build communication and involvement with parents, families, and community leaders.
• Analyze data and use it to guide instruction.

• Attend all professional development trainings, data team meetings, and curriculum meetings.
• Collaborate with peers and school leaders to improve instructional strategies, school climate, and leadership skills.
• Participate in professional trainings to enhance knowledge and educational and leadership capabilities.

• At least three years of teaching experience (preferred).
• Experience in analyzing data to drive instruction.
• Commitment to student engagement and success.
• Bachelor’s degree; graduate degree preferred.
• Connecticut certification required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Motor vehicle operator’s license or ability to provide own transportation.
