$1,500 - $2,000 Sign-on Bonus Full time and Part Time available

Are you an experienced Plumber who's tired of the grind — on-call nights, crawl spaces, rooftops in February, and wear-and-tear on your body?

We're looking for industry professionals, not career teachers. If you know Plumbing, we'll teach you how to teach.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Plumbing Instructor, you'll bring real-world experience into the classroom and lab, showing students how the trade actually works — not just how it looks in a book.

You will:

• Teach hands-on Plumbing skills using real equipment and real scenarios
• Share jobsite knowledge, troubleshooting tips, and best practices
• Mentor students at different skill levels — from beginners to advanced learners
• Prepare students for licensing, certification, and real-world success
• Participate in paid training and ongoing professional development
• Work independently while being supported by an experienced education team

No lesson plans from scratch, no education degree required — we provide curriculum, training, and support.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• P1 or P2 licensing required
• At least 3 years of hands-on Plumbing experience
• Ability to work independently and manage your day
• Strong communication and organization skills
