Salary Range: $17.34 To $18.00 Hourly
Goodwill of Western and Northern Connecticut seeks a dynamic individual with a great attitude, desire to help others, and a commitment to excellent customer service to fill the role of Career Coach in our Career Center.
Full-time: 40hrs/week

Responsibilities- Guide Goodwill Career Center clients in best methods to land their desired job
- Assist Job Seekers with their Resumes and Cover Letters
- Teach individuals how to search and apply for open positions online
- Present Career Center workshops on various job search-related topics to clients
- Complete daily required documentation and administrative tasks
- A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in psychology, education, special education, or related field preferred.
- A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Experience working with adults, preferably in vocational programs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer operations.
- Able to engage adult learners, excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to other Career Center locations for coverage and training purposes.
- Able to multi-task, pay attention to detail, and be organized.
- Bilingual in Spanish/Creole preferred
