Our clients are seeking Substitute Teachers to work in schools in the Bridgeport, CT and surrounding areas. Multiple opportunities for daily sub and long-term substitute teachers for grades K-12 are available. Are you passionate about supporting students? - Regular school hours
- Starting at $150+ per day for Fall 2026!
- Follows the lesson plans left by the teacher for whom he/she is substituting in accordance with district's philosophy, goals and objectives.
- Maintain as fully as possible the established routines and procedures of the school and classroom where assigned.
- Meet and instruct assigned classes in the locations and at the times designated.
- Maintain a classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
- Models non-discriminatory practices in all activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of all information concerning students, staff, or parent/guardian in any public setting.
- Assist in upholding and enforcing school rules, administrative regulations, and School Board policies.
- Teaching experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree
- Fingerprint & background check, able to pass Child Clearance and Act 16-67
- Copy of highest Level of Education
- Current Resume
- Establish a relationship with one of the largest referral agencies for behavioral health.
- Compensated weekly.
