• Provide direct and consultative psychological services to an approximate caseload of 50 students
• Conduct assessments to identify learning, behavioral, and emotional needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor interventions tailored to individual students
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student success
• Promote mental wellness and offer crisis intervention as needed
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
