Overview: Quinnipiac University’s School of Health Sciences invites applications for a full-time, 12-month, Clinical Professor (Open Rank) of Social Work. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing Master of Social Work (MSW) program committed to preparing competent, socially responsive social workers through flexible, high-quality learning environments. The successful candidate will serve as a principal faculty member with primary responsibilities in teaching and advising in the on-campus and/or online program formats along with service.

Candidates are expected to be on campus for a minimum of three days per week. Candidates who are licensed social workers with relevant experience and qualifications are encouraged to apply. The expected start date will be in August 2026.

The School of Health Sciences is home to approximately 100 full-time faculty and professional staff and enrolls over 2120 students across over 20 graduate and undergraduate academic offerings. The school is organized into 8 departments offering undergraduate majors in biomedical sciences, health sciences, radiologic sciences, medical microbiology & Immunology and diagnostic medical sonography and graduate majors in social work, physician assistant studies, occupational therapy, physical therapy, biomedical sciences, pathologists’ assistant and cardiovascular perfusion.
