Workforce Readiness Instructor

The Work Place seeks a Workforce Readiness Instructor to prepare job seekers for employment through classroom instruction, coaching, and job search support. This role designs and delivers workforce readiness curricula covering job search strategies, workplace professionalism, digital literacy, and interviewing skills. The Instructor assesses participant needs, develops individualized learning plans, and tracks progress and outcomes. The role collaborates with partner agencies, employers, and internal staff to align training with labor market needs.

The Instructor maintains accurate documentation, supports continuous program improvement, and upholds The Work Place's mission of equity, inclusion, and economic opportunity.
