NRG Energy is seeking a DOT Plant Operator to ensure safe and efficient generation of electricity and steam. You will operate field and control-room equipment, perform startups/shutdowns, and monitor plant conditions.
The role requires 0–3 years’ plant operator experience, completion of CRO qualifications, and compliance with DOT drug testing policies. The position is a pathway to Control Room Operator with emphasis on safety, LOTO procedures, and instrument readings.
