The WorkAs a Sr. Staff Level Integrated Program Planner you will work in a cross‑functional team, collaborating with the business and delivering real‑time solutions to our clients. You will interface with program management, finance, our customers, functional leads, and control account managers (CAMs). This career‑advancing role will give you exposure within the aerospace industry and promote career growth within the field. This position will also serve as a proposal planner, new award/baselining planner, and quality/compliance lead.
This position will also serve as a lead planner guiding and mentoring other members of the planning team.
- Ensure status progress is collected, input, analyzed, and reported on accurately and timely.
- Ensuring the Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) are networked in order to perform Critical Path analysis and reconciliation.
- Contribute to the completion of weekly/monthly detailed analysis for major Program Events.
- Assist in analyzing key intermediate milestones in order to provide status updates to the Integrated Master Plan (IMP).
- Coordinating with major suppliers to collect and deliver current schedule information.
- Being responsible for schedule baseline management and control as well as assisting in weekly/monthly variance analysis.
- Assist in proposal generation, costing and cost/schedule integration. Building IMS's for proposal submissions. Generating BOEs for proposals.
- Performing required schedule assessments (SRA's) using Risk Management tools.
- Preparing and presenting briefing materials to management and customers in an efficient and professional manner.
- Reviewing IMS's for quality issues and DDM metrics to ensure compliance with best practices and DCMA standards.
Program planning provides an outstanding perspective on the challenges of building helicopters. In this position the candidate will acquire insight into the inner workings of helicopter manufacturing through interactions with Finance, Contracts, Proposals, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Supportability. Ideal candidates have UH/HH-60 Aircraft planning experience and are able to step in quickly and provide scheduling analytics and expertise to the program team.
This position is located in Stratford, Connecticut and will serve as a Sr. Staff planner on our Aerostructures Product Center team supporting the operations and logistics of manufacturing of our UH/HH-60 Helicopter.

- Extensive Program Performance Management knowledge, EVMS experience and integrated cost & scheduling tool implementation.
- Schedule Metrics generation & reporting.
- Previous experience in either parts or aircraft scheduling.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- Previous planning experience required.
- Ability to prepare and present various types of reports to all levels of Management. Strong communication & presentation skills.
- Strong Organizational skills. Detail oriented.
- Excellent command of written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to apply organizational, planning, management, problem solving & execution skills to multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effectively interface w/ senior leaders in the organization.
- UH/HH-60 program experience.
- Extensive knowledge of developing & maintaining Integrated Master Plans (IMP) & Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
- Experience on full criteria reportable programs. (IPMR, IPMDAR).
- Experience with DCMA Compliance and Surveillance.
- Ability to consolidate detailed schedule data into management level reporting.
- Expertise with Data Driven Metrics (DDM).
- Open Plan, PM Compass, Acumen, and Viper Skills.
- Excel skills (V-Lookup, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Cost and Schedule integration w/ regard to EVMS.
- Risk & Opportunity Management.
- Ability to multi‑task and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, work complex issues, and meet deadlines.
- SAP Work order management/MRP Experience.
