Process Safety Engineer (2+ Years Experience)
Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of process safety programs to ensure safe and reliable operations. Participate in process hazard analyses (PHA), management of change (MOC), incident investigations, risk assessments, and compliance activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify hazards, recommend risk reduction measures, and support the execution of safety-related projects. Assist in maintaining process safety documentation, procedures, and engineering standards while promoting a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related engineering discipline
- 2+ years of experience in process safety, process engineering, or operational support
- Familiarity with PHA methodologies (HAZOP, What-If, FMEA, etc.), MOC, and incident investigation processes
- Knowledge of applicable safety regulations, standards, and risk management practices
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
