Mohegan Sun is seeking a Hospitality Host to welcome guests to the VIP lounges, verify IDs, and resolve issues on the gaming floor. You will create Players Club accounts, explain the program, and reissue cards for existing members.
You will refer guests to the Executive Host or Player Development, offer comps and event tickets, and support Mohegan Sun marketing efforts while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.
