Job Description
  • Fund Oversight: Review quarterly NAVs, capital account activity, and financial statements across multiple funds; manage management fee and carry calculations
  • Audit & Third-Party Coordination: Lead year-end audit processes, liaise with external auditors and third-party fund administrators, and manage deliverables
  • Portfolio Analytics & Valuation: Collaborate with investment teams to prepare valuation data and materials for internal review
  • Investor Support: Partner with Investor Relations on presentation materials, LP requests, and fundraising documentation
  • Team Leadership: Help mentor and manage junior team members and play an active role in scaling processes and systems
  • Process Improvement: Participate in projects to streamline operations and enhance reporting across the Life Sciences platform
Qualifications
  • 6-10 years of experience in fund accounting, investment advisory, or Big 4 public accounting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
  • Comfort working cross-functionally and in direct partnership with senior stakeholders
