As an entry-level Financial Representative, you will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their financial goals through tailored, holistic planning. Key Responsibilities:- Develop personalized financial plans addressing clients' specific needs in areas such as investments, insurance, and retirement planning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guiding them through various life stages and financial goals.
- Engage in a robust training and mentorship program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary for a successful career in financial advising.
- Participate in joint-work programs to gain critical hands‑on experience during early client cases.
- Obtain necessary licenses and designations with full sponsorship (Life/Health, Series 6, 63, 7, 65, CLU, CFP, ChFC).
- Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year institution (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills (required).
- Self‑starter with high motivation and the ability to work independently (required).
- Demonstrated history of achievement in areas such as marketing, business development, or sales (preferred).
- Background in athletics or military service (preferred).
- Life and Health insurance and investment licenses are a plus but not required.
Phase 1:
- Submit an employment application, resume, and complete two online assessments.
- Talent Acquisition screens application and assessment results, followed by a virtual first‑round interview.
- Face‑to‑face interviews with the local management team.
- Get acquainted with the leaders of the firm, all of whom have run or are currently running their own practices.
- Explore the career from a first‑hand perspective and model yourself within the context of the career.
- Evaluate personal and professional fit.
- Financial meeting to discuss candidate‑specific income projection modeling for year‑over‑year compensation expectations.
- Review benefits and retirement options.
- Evaluate the financial feasibility of the career and starting your own business.
- Leadership will determine if the offer will be extended, and a short, final meeting will be held to finalize conversations.
- Candidate will be granted one week to consider the offer, if needed.
- If the offer is accepted, onboarding will begin for the appropriate NTP start date.
- High-level overview of the compensation model discussed in Hiring Phase 2, personalized compensation model explored in Hiring Phase 4.
- Posted compensation range represents year‑one total compensation.
- First‑Year “build your business” bonus.
- On‑Target Earnings (OTE):
Year 1: $60,000‑$125,000, Year 3: $90,000‑$150,000, Year 5+: $120,000‑$1.2 million+ (for fully licensed advisors with 10+ years in the business) - Cumulative renewal and residual income potential, building long‑term stability.
