Key Duties:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for investors, financial advisors, and internal partners, addressing questions and resolving issues via phone and email.
• Manage relationships and activities with multiple third-party transfer agents.
• Coordinate with broker-dealers and custodial institutions to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee daily compliance processes
• Conduct annual reviews of shareholder tax documentation.
• Maintain and update client-facing forms, applications, and related documentation.
• Assemble and distribute quarterly tender offer packages for select alternative investment products.
• Monitor and reconcile monthly subscription and redemption activity for alternative strategies.
• Review and verify monthly account statements for accuracy.

Skills & Experience

• 0–3 years of professional experience in the financial services sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and the confidence to seek clarity when needed.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to manage multiple priorities.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive approach, professional presence, and strong work ethic.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a dynamic, high-volume environment both independently and as part of a team.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
