Senior Tax Associate

Our client is a real estate investment firm seeking to add a Tax professional to their team. This is a newly created position driven by growth, offering the opportunity to step into a high-visibility role with exposure across both fund and management company activities.

This individual will support the firm’s tax function, working closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors on a range of tax matters. The role provides strong exposure to partnership tax, fund structures, and real estate-focused investments.

• Support the review of partnership tax returns, including Forms 1065 and K-1s
• Assist with tax compliance and reporting across fund and management company entities
• Partner with external advisors on tax filings and ongoing compliance
• Support tax planning and structuring initiatives related to real estate investments
• Conduct research on tax matters and assist in analyzing the impact of new tax legislation

• 3–5 years of experience, ideally within Big Four
• Experience working with real estate or private equity clients
• CPA or progress toward CPA preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
