The Plant Controller role serves as a strategic business partner to plant and financial management, ensuring effective control and oversight of business operations. Reporting directly to the CFO
, this position focuses on spend analysis, variance analysis, forecasting, financial reporting, cost management, and safeguarding assets
. The Plant Controller also collaborates closely with corporate financial staff and operational leaders to identify and track cost‑saving opportunities

• Spend Analysis & Control
• Review labor, material, and overhead costs; highlight improvement areas.
• Perform cost analysis to understand operational cost drivers.
• Conduct regular labor and productivity analysis.
• Evaluate variances in production (materials & labor) and address root causes.
• Analyze excess and obsolete inventory and recommend adjustments.
• Partner with Operations to optimize factory planning and efficiency.

• Oversee and maintain internal controls for operations, sales, and finance.
• Participate in daily production meetings.
• Adapt to changing duties and responsibilities as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
• 3+ years as a Plant Controller or Cost Manager in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical and analytical skills, including advanced Excel proficiency.
• ERP system experience and inventory management knowledge preferred.
