Our client is a Fairfield County alternative investment focused on middle‑market opportunities. They have six active funds and a twenty‑year track record of success, completing more than 100 debt and equity investments.
Due to continued growth, the firm is looking to add a Finance Associate to its team. This individual will report to the Controller and tackle a broad array of responsibilities within accounting and finance.
Ongoing responsibilities will include, but is not limited to:
- Capital Activity Accounting & Execution
- Investor Relations & Compliance
- Process Improvement & Operations
- Manage Company Accounting
This is an ideal opportunity for someone seeking to move from public accounting to the alternative investment sector. The company has a tremendous record of developing and promoting hard‑working, talented individuals and can point to senior leaders who started in this role. Candidates will have 2+ years of audit experience serving Private Equity or Private Credit funds.
