A well-established, highly successful $2B+ independent wealth management firm is seeking an Associate Financial Planner to join its Stamford team.
The firm provides comprehensive wealth management and financial advisory services to high net worth and ultra high net worth families, with meaningful planning depth around estate, tax, investment, and multigenerational wealth needs.
What You’ll Do- Work closely with lead advisors to support HNW/UHNW client relationships
- Assist with estate planning, tax modeling, client meeting preparation, planning analysis, and follow‑up items
- Coordinate with accountants, estate attorneys, and other outside advisors
- $120,000–$150,000 base + up to 20% discretionary bonus
- Strong benefits and growth opportunity
- In office 4 days/week
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years in RIA, planning, private client, trust/estate, or tax-oriented wealth management
- CFP or CFP-track preferred
- Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and polished communication
