Responsibilities
- Responsible for the management and resolution of all bank fee management cases
- Contribute to bank fee forecasting process
- Assist with preparation of GL entries supporting the bank fee process
- Prepare responses for quarterly SOX controls
- Communicate with audit through Audit Board
- Ensure compliance with SOX deadlines
- Support the Security Administration team by assisting with the fulfillment of access / entitlement requests
- Track / manage access via team database
- 1+ years' experience with Microsoft Office Suite (proficiency with Excel and Outlook)
- 1+ years of strong written and oral communication skills, across various levels of management
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Proven ability to multi-task, work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of SAP S4 Hana General Ledger
- Knowledge of Oracle General Ledger
- Knowledge of FIS Integrity
- Knowledge of HCB / CVS legal entity structure
- Knowledge of Cash Management Accounting Background
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
