This role combines:
Financial Planning

• Build long-term relationships with individuals, families, and business owners
• Understand client goals and priorities
• Deliver personalized guidance and exceptional service
• Design customized financial strategies
• Support retirement planning objectives
• Implement investment and wealth accumulation strategies
• Assist with estate and legacy planning needs

• Build your practice through referrals, networking, and community involvement
• Develop professional relationships within the Fairfield County market
• Create ongoing opportunities through trusted client relationships

Required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivation and accountability
• Desire to build a long-term career

Preferred

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
• Sales, consulting, banking, or client-facing experience
• Existing professional network in Fairfield County
• FINRA and/or Insurance Licenses
