, helping them live safe, independent, and meaningful lives.
- Provide hands-on direct care and daily living support (ADLs)
- Support medical and healthcare needs
, including appointments and follow-through - Implement behavior support plans and habilitation programs
- Promote community integration, independence, and quality of life
- Support meals, special diets, and safety procedures
- Overnight roles complete hourly safety checks
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3–6 months related experience or Human Services training
- Valid CT Driver’s License
- Ability to obtain DDS Medication Certification
, CPR & First Aid
- +$0.50/hr with DDS Medication Certification
