Yale New Haven Health - - - Responsibilities:
Accurately and efficiently pick, prepare, package, label, and deliver medications to appropriate storage areas of patient care units.;
Maintain adequate medication inventory levels based on par levels and rotate stock to minimize stockouts and expiration.;
Demonstrate proficiency in medication distribution and automation/technology processes (EMR, ADS, barcode labeling, RFID where applicable).;
Respond to Nursing, Provider, and Ancillary Staff inquiries in a timely, professional manner to ensure accurate medication information delivery.;
Timely replenishment of medications for emergency trays (code carts, anesthesia, tackle box).
