Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) – Per Diem Opportunities — Fairfield County, CT. Serving Greenwich, New Canaan, and surrounding towns. $20.00 per hour | Flexible 6–12 Hour Day & Overnight Shifts

Affirmed Home Care is expanding throughout Fairfield County and is seeking experienced Certified Home Health Aides to join our per diem team. If you are a compassionate, dependable caregiver who values one-on-one client care and scheduling flexibility, this opportunity is for you.

We are currently staffing cases in Greenwich, New Canaan, and nearby towns.

• $20.00 per hour

As part of our dedicated care team, you will:

• Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities
• Provide medication reminders
• Support light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Certified Home Health Aide
• Active HHA certification
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Physical exam within the past year
• PPD or Quanti
  
  FERON test (or chest x-ray if previously positive)
• Valid driver’s license preferred
