With a 32.5-hour workweek, youll bring your expertise to a K-12 caseload, collaborating closely with educators and families.

• Valid Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certification
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare OT settings
• Ability to work effectively with students from kindergarten through high school
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to maintaining documentation and progress tracking per school guidelines
• Adaptability and a collaborative mindset

• Deliver occupational therapy interventions as outlined in students Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Support students in developing essential fine motor, sensory processing, and adaptive skills
• Work in tandem with occupational therapists, teachers, and support staff to create engaging, effective treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely records of sessions, progress, and communications
• Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing professional development
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment that supports student learning and independence
