We’re looking for a dynamic and engaging Food & Beverage Attendant with a flair for bartending to join our team! As a key member, you’ll be responsible for providing outstanding service, creating memorable dining and drinking experiences, and building strong relationships with guests. Whether you’re shaking up cocktails, recommending a wine pairing, or connecting with guests with your natural charisma, you’ll play an essential role in bringing our bar concepts to life.

• Be fully conversant with all services, offers, promotions, and facilities offered by the hotel
• Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation
• Engage and connect with guests, making them feel welcomed with your outgoing personality and ease of conversation
• Follow international and local bar and drink trends
• Closely follow and complete opening and closing procedures and checklists
• Serve alcohol responsibly and report any concerns to the duty manager immediately

• Current food & beverage experience in a hotel environment or similar fast‑paced environment
• A valid and current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
• The ability to create a positive first impression
• The flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
• Mixologist/cocktail bar background
• Wine knowledge highly advantageous
