Job Title:
IBM Datacap Administrator/Developer
Location:
Hartford, CT (mostly remote, will work onsite for the first couple of days)
Hours:
Part-Time
Key Responsibilities
Primary – IBM Datacap Administration & DevelopmentMulti-Tenant Environment Management:
Administer and maintain enterprise IBM Datacap multi-tenant environment supporting multiple agencies.
- Design, develop, and configure Datacap Studio applications
- Create and maintain Rulerunner task profiles and action configurations
- Develop custom Datacap applications using C#/.NET
- Ability to Configure multiple Recognition Engines including ICR, OCR, and OMR settings
- Implement IBM Datacap Navigator web client application for end-user document verification and correction
- Experience in deploying and maintaining application on IBM Web Sphere and IIS Server. Implementing SSL certs.
- Experience in configuring and maintaining Datacap Workflow
- Configure File Net P8 Export actions for content migration to File Net Content Manager
- Implement Custom Web Services integrations in datacap workflow
- Experience in deploying Datacap application packages across Dev, Stage, and PROD environments
- Keep Datacap environment current with latest fix packs, interim fixes, and version upgrades
- Coordinate with ECM Infrastructure team for file loading to File Net Content Manager.
- Work with ECM team on IBM Enterprise Records Configuration/integration for records declaration and retention
- Experience with IBM Atlas is preferred.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all Datacap applications, configurations, and procedures
- Prepare deployment documentation according to standards defined by ECM team to deploy File Net specific changes to Dev, stage and production environments
- Work closely with agency

Skills & Qualifications
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or a related field
- 5+ years of IBM Datacap development
- 5+ years of IBM Datacap administration
- 5+ years of experience with IBM Enterprise Records
